Since early 2023, the Belmar Skatepark Design Committee has been working hard and strategizing to design a new and improved Belmar Skatepark (design services by The Platform Group's, Tito Porrata) that is Adaptive and Inclusive to skaters/riders of all ages, skill levels, and abilities. The new design is truly ground-breaking for our area, as the committee consciously incorporated differently-abled, challenged skaters/riders into the design strategy and layout. The goal is to build an ADA Accessible, Adaptive Skatepark.

We estimate our fundraising goal to be approximately $1.5 Million for the new skatepark build. This includes the design, construction, labor and materials. (If we receive material donation commitments such as concrete, etc, we can feasibly achieve our goal more easily, as it will reduce our overall cost estimates.)
